 A primary focus for this development is that there be a lot to do. Sure having an ocean view lot would be nice, but when it comes down to it, the ocean view lots are primarily on mountain terrain, so development costs are much more; after the expenses of building, there isnt much else to do, but stare at the ocean.
Because we think that the retirement years should allow you to get the most out of life, we have developed many areas to socialize with others, and just get out and have fun.
Onsite members will have:
- A clubhouse with a full service bar and restaurant
- Large pool
- Tennis courts
- Basketball courts
- Volleyball courts
- Horse shoe pits
- Fishing pond
- Hiking trails
