Colinas Del Sol will be a gated community with full time security and maintenance staff on site.

The development is unique that there will be fruit orchards and vegetable gardens for the owners, so the cost of living will be even less. There will also be things to do on this development, as we will have a clubhouse with a full service bar and restaurant. A large pool, tennis and basketball courts, horse shoe pits, a fishing pond, nature and hiking trails, an area for people to keep horses if they want them, and shuttle service to and from the airport and beaches, shopping, or even tours around the country. These will all be offered in-house to residents.
The restaurant / bar will be for profit, and rental units to help offset the Association costs for members. There will also be a pavilion / bar in the mountain for enjoying the view, and another pavilion for meeting with friends near the fishing pond.
There will also be a rental service so when members are not in their homes, they can rent them, if so desired. Maid service and maintenance are offered to keep owner’s property in top shape when they are not there. We will also have a storage area for boats, ATV’s and motor homes at no cost to property owners, overseen by our full time security staff.
Copper Ionizers have a unique killing ability over all fungicides or oxidizers. These copper ions are applied on the plants between 1.0 PPM and .5 PPM drinking water standards.
