Colinas del Sol is located in the Northwest Pacific area of Costa Rica which is known for its large English speaking “expat” population, great weather and beautiful beaches.

The Colinas del Sol project is approximately 15 miles or 20 minutes from Liberia International Airport, meaning it’s to get in and out of the country to pick up friends and relatives who are sure to visit.

The capitol of Guanacaste province is Liberia which is about 25 minutes from our project and has modern facilities. Our project is right between the airport and the coast. We are about 8 miles or 15 minutes from the beach communities of Playa del Coco and Playa Hermosa. There is a large population of Americans and Canadians in both areas.

There are many luxury resorts in the area already such as the new Four Seasons Resort across the bay, Occidental Grand Papagayo, Secrets Resort, RIO Resort & Casino and many more. The entire Papagayo area has been growing tremendously, with new resorts and condo developments popping up.

Since Colinas del Sol is in a local community, it’s much quieter but still close to everything. Yet everything is developing in this direction, the local community of San Blas is building new stores and facilities right now.

COMMON AREA FACILITIES

A primary focus for this development is that there be a lot to do. Sure having an ocean view lot would be nice, but when it comes down to it, the ocean view lots are primarily on mountain terrain, so development costs are much more; after the expenses of building, their isnt much else to do, but stare at the ocean.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Our property manager, Jeffery Sandi Murrey, who has been in Costa Rico and is a Costa Rican lives on-site. He is proficient on trees and plants, and can help residents decide what to grow in regards to fruit trees, veggies, and ornamental trees and plants.
